ENVIOUS ME !
There's one thing I envy men for. No, not that one, you silly! That one you can keep where it belongs. And stop grinning!
I'm talking about ties. I loved the movie American Gigolo, and especially the scene where Gere is choosing the ties matching with his shirts. To tell the truth, I have a large collection of ties since I can't resist buying those I like. Alas! I seldom wear them. At the beginning, when I started, I thought they made me look more poised and forbidding. Then a friend of mine (male) told me that men find such attire terribly erotic in a woman. Is that really so ?

I can understand that these last two are erotic. But the first three of the series ?
A discreet enquiry with some other friends - however - confirmed this information. And since the last thing I want to be when I'm conducting business is to be erotic, I had to stop adorning my shirts in such a fashion. What a pity. Now I wear them sometimes only, (when I'm off business), worn loose or with a soft knot (I have a book with ALL the possible knots).
