As I'm working on my new collections this afternoon, I listen to two of my favourite composers.
Well, that's not so surprising, is it ?
It's also not so surprising that those composers are Mozart and Fauré.
What could maybe surprise a little more is that I 'm listening to their "Requiem" compositions.
The version I chose for Fauré is Seiji Osawa's
and, for Mozart, Von Karajan's historical recording with Berlin Philarmonic Orchestra
Not because I feel morbid.
Quite the contrary.
The explosion of bloom...
