REDHEADS: QUOTES
It is observed that the red-haired of both sexes are more libidinous and mischievous than the rest, whom yet they much exceed in strength and activity

REDHEADS FOREVER
Emily Smith (Model)
Richard Thomson - Vincent Black Lightning 1952.
"Said Red Molly to James that's a fine motorbike
A girl could feel special on any such like
Said James to Red Molly, well my hat's off to you
It's a Vincent Black Lightning, 1952
And I've seen you at the corners and cafes it seems
Red hair and black leather, my favorite color scheme
And he pulled her on behind
And down to Box Hill they did ride.
Said James to Red Molly, here's a ring for your right hand
But I'll tell you in earnest I'm a dangerous man
I've fought with the law since I was seventeen
I robbed many a man to get my Vincent machine
Now I'm 21 years, I might make 22
And I don't mind dying, but for the love of you
And if fate should break my stride
Then I'll give you my Vincent to ride
Come down, come down, Red Molly, called Sergeant McRae
For they've taken young James Adie for armed robbery
Shotgun blast hit his chest, left nothing inside
Oh, come down, Red Molly to his dying bedside
When she came to the hospital, there wasn't much left
He was running out of road, he was running out of breath
But he smiled to see her cry
And said I'll give you my Vincent to ride
Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world
Beats a 52 Vincent and a red headed girl
Now Nortons and Indians and Greeveses won't do
They don't have a soul like a Vincent 52
He reached for her hand and he slipped her the keys
He said I've got no further use for these
I see angels on Ariels in leather and chrome
Swooping down from heaven to carry me home
And he gave her one last kiss and died
And he gave her his Vincent to ride."

REDHEADS FOREVER
The splendid model Nell Rebowe @her professional site
REM - REDHEAD WALKING
Out there are silver dressed darlings
And ramen mein delights
When ginger hair gets all fired up
She beats them in the night
That redhead walking, uh
Don't get close
She'll warn you with her growl
She's a bud cuttin', star studded, leather chested girl
Out there a redhead walkin'
Redhead walkin'
The redhead walkin'
Better listen keep your distance from the crimson crime warpath
O kiss that girl
Kiss that girl
Kiss that girt
Yeah, she'll cut your heart like diamonds
End of story
You bet you're gonna lose it to that hellbound crimson glory
There — a redhead walkin'
A redhead walkin'
A redhead walkin'
Heed what this wise man says
Keep away from redheads...

REDHEADS FOREVER
A wonderful photo of Christina Hendricks
Early one
morning the sun was shining
I was laying
in bed
Wond'ring if
she'd changed it all
If her hair
was still red
Her folks
they said our lives together
Sure was
gonna be rough
They never
did like Mama's homemade dress
Papa's
bankbook wasn't big enough
And I was
standing on the side of the road
Rain falling
on my shoes
Heading out
for the East Coast
Lord knows
I've paid some dues getting through
Tangled up
in blue.
She was
married when we first meet
Soon to be
divorced
I helped her
out of a jam I guess
But I used a
little too much force
We drove
that car as far as we could
Abandoned it
out West
Split it up
on a dark sad night
Both
agreeing it was best
She turned
around to look at me
As I was
walking away
I heard her
say over my shoulder
"We'll
meet again someday on the avenue"
Tangled up
in blue.
I had a job
in the great north woods
Working as a
cook for a spell
But I never
did like it all that much
And one day
the ax just fell
So I drifted
down to New Orleans
Where I
happened to be employed
Working for a
while on a fishing boat
Right
outside of Delacroix
But all the
while I was alone
The past was
close behind
I seen a lot
of women
But she
never escaped my mind and I just grew
Tangled up
in blue.
She was
working in a topless place
And I
stopped in for a beer
I just kept
looking at her side of her face
In the
spotlight so clear
And later on
as the crowd thinned out
I's just
about to do the same
She was
standing there in back of my chair
Said to me
"Don't I know your name ?"
I muttered
something underneath my breath
She studied
the lines on my face
I must admit
I felt a little uneasy
When she
bent down to tie the laces of my shoe
Tangled up
in blue.
She lit a
burner on the stove and offered me a pipe
"I
thought you'd never say hello" she said
"You
look like the silent type"
Then she
opened up a book of poems
And handed
it to me
Written by
an Italian poet
From the
thirteenth century
And every
one of them words rang true
And glowed
like burning coal
Pouring off
of every page
Like it was written
in my soul from me to you
Tangled up
in blue
I lived with
them on Montague Street
In a
basement down the stairs
There was
music in the cafes at night
And
revolution in the air
Then he
started into dealing with slaves
And
something inside of him died
She had to
sell everything she owned
And froze up
inside
And when
finally the bottom fell out
I became
withdrawn
The only
thing I knew how to do
Was to keep
on keeping on like a bird that flew
Tangled up
in blue.
So now I'm
going back again
I got to get
her somehow
All the
people we used to know
They're an
illusion to me now
Some are
mathematicians
Some are
carpenter's wives
Don't know
how it all got started
I don't what
they're doing with their lives
But me I'm
still on the road
Heading for
another joint
We always
did feel the same
We just saw
it from a different point of view
Tangled up
in Blue.

REDHEADS FOREVER
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Im begging of you please dont take my man
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Please dont take him just because you can
Your beauty is beyond compare
With flaming locks of auburn hair
With ivory skin and eyes of emerald green
Your smile is like a breath of spring
Your voice is soft like summer rain
And I cannot compete with you, jolene
He talks about you in his sleep
Theres nothing I can do to keep
From crying when he calls your name, jolene
And I can easily understand
How you could easily take my man
But you dont know what he means to me, jolene
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Im begging of you please dont take my man
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Please dont take him just because you can
You could have your choice of men
But I could never love again
Hes the only one for me, jolene
I had to have this talk with you
My happiness depends on you
And whatever you decide to do, jolene
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Im begging of you please dont take my man
Jolene, jolene, jolene, jolene
Please dont take him even though you can
Jolene, Jolene.

REDHEADS FOREVER
Red Headed Woman – Bruce Spingsteen
Well, brunettes are fine, man
Blondes are fun
But, when it comes to getting the dirty job done,
I’ll take a red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.
Blondes are fun
But, when it comes to getting the dirty job done,
I’ll take a red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.
Well, listen up, stud,
Your life’s been wasted
’til you’ve got’ down on your knees and tasted
A red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.
Your life’s been wasted
’til you’ve got’ down on your knees and tasted
A red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.
Tight skirt, strawberry hair
Tell me what you’ve got, baby, waiting under there.
Big green eyes that look like, son,
They can see every cheap thing that you ever done.
Tell me what you’ve got, baby, waiting under there.
Big green eyes that look like, son,
They can see every cheap thing that you ever done.
Well, I don’t know how many girls you dated, man
You ain’t lived ’til you’ve had your tires rotated
By a red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.
You ain’t lived ’til you’ve had your tires rotated
By a red-headed woman, a red-headed woman.
It takes a red-headed woman to get a dirty job done.

REDHEADS: QUOTES
"Of course, part of the problem with redheads is that there aren't enough of them. They make up just two percent of the population. So they're pretty extraordinary. Redheads are too numerous to be ignored, too rare to be accepted."
